323 Collective’s primary service is collaborating with established architects by expanding their production capacity through efficient technical drafting and permitting assistance. Our expertise  includes the following services: 

• Collecting as-built drawings

• Assisting with setting design parameters and site limitations during pre-design

• Schematic design, design development, and construction documentation drafting 

• Contractor bidding process and assisting with construction administration

• Creation of drawings for city or county submittals

• Executing the plan check process

• Obtaining required clearances for permits 

• Coordinating with other disciplines (engineers, landscape architects, artists, and community stakeholders)

323 Collective’s past drafting and permitting projects include: accessory dwelling units; single-family home remodels and additions; restaurant tenant improvements; new ground-up single-family homes and mixed-use buildings; and up to 20-unit multi-family construction and renovations.
